To be honest, I prefer to have new tracks rather than updating existing ones. (new Westhill is awesome, but the old one was good too and I think it would be better to have old Westhill + brand new track with quality of new Westhill (2 tracks) rather than having just the updated 1).
Just my opinion...
EDIT: but just expanding existing South City is welcome
About the long unused section at South City - I'm preparing online event there and on few other tracks - the layout is almost done (without any stupid jumps) and now I'm working on rules itself.
I'd like to report another problem - in hotlap analyser, when I choose Rockingham International Long or Sportscar (RO10 or RO11), the application actually loads RO1 hotlaps and says that: The track (RO1) in the file 'playername_RO1_LX4_141020.raf' does not match the other RAF files (RO10).
Hello, I was browsing some player statistics at LFSWorld and noticed that a particular player is a "Nutter Rank Leader".
I've never seen it before so I'd like to ask what is it and how to achieve it
As Dawedust says, it's because of licencing. Do you remember the last time you raced in opposite direction at Monza/Spa/MonteCarlo/etc.? Probably never as there was no game that offered it.
But I agree that the pit exit is hella dangerous but that's how it is in real life... Had similiar problems long time ago in Total Immersion Racing which offered Rockingham too (but only 2 configs and poor quality)
To all mad/sad/robbed/negative people here saying that we had no real updates in last years:
Really? Didn't you get completely reworked new Westhill for free? With a HUGE amount of "off-track" stuff? Wasn't the layout editor improved?
2 years ago, you could build some basic stuff with red-white barriers hoping you don't get epileptic fit from driving around them. Now? You can build almost anything you can think of - huge ramps, loopings, buildings etc... The amount of placeable objects increased by THOUSAND!!! FOR FREE!
And now you are moaning about "pre-released" Rockingham costing 12 pounds...
Also, you are not forced to buy it if you don't want to so be quiet.
I have also enjoyed the race. Was struggling in the beginning as I wasn't practicing much before the event so I catched a lot of speed mid-race (compared to my qualification).
And almost run out of fuel at the end of first stint (noticed 0,69% of fuel 200 meters before pit entry) so was a bit lucky here.
Shiori Azumi - what about dealing with cars you have? I agree that we could have a 'drag-specialised' car for example but I don't think we need to rework current cars because of that.
Stream was almost perfect.
I'm just wondering - is it possible to reduce the "jumpness" of that view-autoswitch app? It's kinda hard to watch the race progress as the view jumps around every 5 seconds.
Rest is perfect.
